Key Roles/
Responsibilities • Building Business - Sales (Volume and Value),
• FJP compliance, Productive Outlet, Productive Call, Distribution coverage, PSKU/ NPD Numeric Distribution/Adding new outlets
• Provide support to RSM via sharing accurate DOI reports for assigned KW points
• Building Organization - '- AREDAR with SP/PS to coach on SFA, BCP, and sales foundation skills
• Review DST and KPI Scorecard daily and SPI weekly with the team and provide feedback for improvement
• Plan proper induction of new SP/PS (induct him/her with all sales foundation modules, SFA usage)

Skills/
Qualifications • EDUCATION High school diploma, OND (National Diploma)
• WORK EXPERIENCE experience in field sales positions, Well versed with local area geography
• LANGUAGES & COMPUTER SKILLS Basic oral and written English knowledge, MS Office basic level (will be added advantage)
